| Fresh rations and other supplies were dropped by parachute into jungle clearings for Wingate's Chindits. A tin being filled with a 10 day ration; it included biscuits, dates, cheese, meat or 'spam', sugar, salt, tea, matches, powdered milk and cigarettes. |
